About Charles Alexander
Sarah Reneaux-Gallant founded Charles Alexander after 16 years of working with membership organisations within the not-for-profit-sector.
Sarah’s introduction to telemarketing began after working with key personnel within membership department's of a number of leading UK associations, societies, institutions and charities with a brief to increase and develop membership. The primary focus was to establish programmes to reduce membership attrition rates, reactivate lapsed members, recruit new members and improve the quality of membership data.
This was hugely successful and led to Sarah speaking and writing extensively on the subject as well as running seminars and training programmes. Through this role Sarah became convinced of the potential power of the telephone in the membership environment. The phone so often succeeded where letters had failed.
During five years working at the coalface, talking directly to members for a variety of different membership organisations, Sarah gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. Now considered an expert in her field, Sarah founded Charles Alexander.
